Anna Mae Carty Yarber, widow of Orbin Yarber, of Means, passed away Monday, June 29, 2015. She was a 75 year old native of Magoffin County, daughter of the late Chester and Helen Carpenter Carty, and housewife.
She is survived by a son, Jeffrey Wayne Yarber, 2 granddaughters,1 grandson, 2 stepgrandchildren, 7 brothers, Darrell, Charles, Dona C., J.D., Lester, Adron, and James Carty, and 2 sisters, Ilene and Maxine Carty. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Delais Arnett, Gus and Wayne Carty, and a sister, Imogene Carty.
Her funeral will be 11:00 Thursday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Lovely Amburgey Cemetery. Visitation is 5-9:00 Wednesday.
