Carolyn Sue (McFarland) Brown

Carolyn Sue McFarland Brown, wife of David Brown, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018.  She was a 73 year old native of Bath County, daughter of the late Stanley and Hazel Guy McFarland, and retired cafeteria manager.

In addition of her husband, she is survived by 2 daughters, Lisa Brown Donathan of Owingsville and LeAnn (Justin) Haynes of Mt. Sterling, a son, Todd Brown of Mt. Sterling, 3 grandchildren, Kimberly Adams, Jordon Brown and Mari-Lynn Donathan, 1 great-grandchild, Harper Brown, a sister, Deloris Ratliff and 2 brothers, Oliver and Johnny McFarland.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Lee McFarland.

Her funeral will be 1:00 Friday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation is 5-8:00 Thursday.
