Donald Lee Wills, husband of Anna Ruth Wills, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017. He was an 87 year old native of Montgomery County, son of the late Hanson and Edith Murphy Wills, a retired Army veteran, retired US Post Office employee and member of Rolling Hills Church of Christ.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by 2 daughters, Doris (Robert) Livingston of Tennessee, and Alicha (David) Tobin of Illinois, 2 sons, Lee (Sharon) Wills of Oklahoma and Shane (Lyndsay) Wills of Owingsville, 16 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, a brother, Robert (Jackie) Wills of Owensboro, 2 sisters, Mary Ruth (Thomas) Bashaw and Linda Wells, both of Ohio, and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Bascom of Sharpsburg. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Eula Pendleton Wills, and a brother, Maurice Wills.
His funeral will be 11:00 Saturday at Rolling Hills Church of Christ with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7:00 Friday at the church. Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements. Contributions are suggested to Rolling Hills Children's Bible Camp.
