Eleanor Fletcher Anderson, widow of Roger Anderson, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Monday, May 11, 2015. She was a 97 year old native of Montgomery County, daughter of the late Tandy Fletcher and Mary Turley Fletcher Mynhier, a homemaker and member of Keas CME Church.
She is survived by a son, Paul D. Anderson of Cincinnati, Ohio, a sister, Elizabeth C. Burns of Lexington and numerous grand and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Carolyn F. Greene, a sister, Sally Burns, and a brother, William Fletcher.
Her funeral will be 1:00 Saturday at Keas CME Church, Rev. Vincent Farris presiding, with burial in Lincoln View Cemetery. Visitation is 12-1:00 Saturday at the church. Herald & Stewart Home for Funeral is in charge of arrangments.
