Ella Lois Manning Meadows, widow of Clifford "Tippy" Meadows, passed away Friday, January 27, 2017. She was a 76 year old native of Morgan County, daughter of the late Kelly and Mary Cole Manning, a retired A.O. Smith employee and member of Fellowship Tabernacle where she was a Sunday School teacher for over 30 years.
She is survived by a son, Kelly (Ramona) Meadows of Bath County, 4 grandchildren, Clifford (Amy) Withrow, James H. (Beth) Fultz and Shawnniee (Rudy) Kersey, all of Mt. Sterling, and Valarie (Blaine) Ostrom of Owingsville, 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and a brother, Hobert (Jean) Manning of Florida. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharlett Patton and a son, James F. Fultz.
Her funeral will be 1:00 Thursday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Ezel Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8:00 Wednesday.
