Felcie Marie Cantrell Wright, of Jeffersonville, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017. She was a 78 year old native of Magoffin County, daughter of the late Willie and Myrtle Smith Cantrell, a housewife and member of the Pentecostal Church. She liked to cook, sew, gardening, making quilts and loved to play with her grandkids. She was a very special lady to everyone that loved her and will be greatly missed by all.
She is survived by a son, William Wright (Sandy Winkleman), a sister. Faye Cantrell, and 2 brothers, Buford "Dock" and Charlie (Carrie) Cantrell, all of Jeffersonville, 2 grandchildren, Samantha (McGarrett) Smith and Kayla (Victor) Brooks, 6 great-grandchildren, Maria, Chole, Kaley, Dalton, Nevaeh, and Gage, many nieces and nephews that loved her dearly, including Rickey and Penny Cantrell, and great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.
Her funeral will be 1:00 Saturday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in McGuire Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8:00 Friday.
