Francine Alsept Anderson, wife of David Anderson, of Means, passed away Monday, November 23, 2015. She was a 75 year old native of Montgomery County, daughter of the late Walter Sr. and Mintie Ellen Davis Alsept, and a homemaker. In addition to her husband, she is survived by 5 children, Jeanette Donald, Janice (Dean) Rawlins, Julie Edmonson, Cindy Wells and Angela (Gary) Anderson-Miller, 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, a sister, Ruth Barnett, 3 brothers, Glen (Mary Ann) Alsept, Clayton (Linda) Alsept and Jackie Alsept and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Donald T. Risner and 11 sisters and brothers. Her funeral will be 1:00 Saturday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Little Slate Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8:00 Friday.
