Gary Barrett, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015. He was a 50 year old, born in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky to the late Edward Carl and Mary Lou Stutzman Barrett. He was an auto body repairman. He is survived by a daughter, Nicole Brooks Barrett of Winchester, a half brother, Gerald Barrett of Jeffersonville, 4 uncles, Mose (Anna) Barrett, Tom Barrett, Willis (Juanita) Barrett and Clark (Donna) Barrett, 3 aunts, Imogene Fetick, Jenny Carr and Joy Grisby and numerous cousins.
His funeral will be 3:00 Friday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Little Slate Cemetery. Visitation is 1-3:00 Friday. Contributions are suggested to Hope First Church of God.
