John Everett Montgomery passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017. He was a 28 year old native of Mt. Sterling, a 2006 Graduate of Montgomery County High School and attended the University of Mississippi. He was a member of Antioch Christian Church, The Public Relations Association of Mississippi, and The Yoknapatawa Council for the Arts.
John Everett is survived by his parents, Daryl and Nancy Montgomery, one sister, Alexandra Montgomery Stovall and husband, Ken, of Louisville, paternal grandmother, Betty Jean Montgomery and maternal grandmother, Lottie Bonfield. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Everett Montgomery and Joe Bonfield.
Services will be 10:00 Saturday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Machpelah Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8:00 Friday. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Mt. Sterling Gator Swim Team or the charity of your choice.
