Mildred Marie Monaghan Noffsinger, widow of James William Noffsinger, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017. She was a 99 year old native of Central City, Kentucky, daughter of the late Martin and Willie Vaught Monaghan, a housewife and member of the First Methodist Church.
She is survived by 4 sisters, Margie Whitaker of Kentucky, Ruth Snoor and Anna Rae Walters, both of Ohio and Mary Beard of Texas, 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 daughters, Myra Knox and Ruth Burchett and a brother, Bob Monaghan.
Her funeral will be 12:00 Tuesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Machpelah Cemetery. Visitation is 11-12:00 Tuesday.
