Oretha Virginia Milligan Seat, widow of Ernest Seat, of Means, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016. She was an 86 year old native of Sharp County, Arkansas, daughter of the late Earnest and Virginia Williett Milligan, a retired Hobart Manufacturing employee and member of Frenchburg Church of Christ.
She is survived by 2 sons, Dale (Judy) Seat of Georgetown, and Donald (Carrie) Seat of Valdosa, Georgia, 4 grandchildren, Shawn and Alexa Seat, both of Georgia, Doug Seat of Georgetown and Stacey Hurst of Louisville, 4 great-grandchildren, Andrew and Tiffany Seat, Julie and Haley Hurst, and 2 sisters, Rosetta King and Morene Smallwood, both of Menifee County.
Her funeral will be 10:30 Wednesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Lovely Amburgey Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8:00 Tuesday.
