Shawn Wayne Martin, son of Lisa (James) Banks of Georgetown and Larry Martin of Mt. Sterling, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017. He was a 38 year old, born in Fayette County, a HVAC Technician and member of Victory Life Church in Georgetown.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Brandon Wayne Martin, 4 sisters, Brittney (Chase) Lane, Elizabeth Banks, Juda Banks and Summer Banks, and 2 brothers, Mikeal Banks and Joshua Banks, all of Georgetown, his grandparents, Richard and Sonia Lewis of Jeffersonville and Monda Martin of Mt. Sterling. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Orville Martin.
His funeral will be 2:00 Thursday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Williams Cemetery. Visitation is 10-2:00 Thursday.
