Wanda "Dolly" Kay Lemaster Bailey, age 83, of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, passed away on March 31, 2018 after a long illness. She was born on March 9, 1935 in Wheelersburg, Ohio. She was a member of Bradley Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mack Lemaster and Trixie Adams Lemaster, brothers, Mack Henry Lemaster, Rex Lemaster, Jeff (Barbara) Lemaster, Neal Lemaster, Lyman (Delores) Lemaster, Buddy (Geraldine) Lemaster, and Wendell (Erna) Lemaster, and her sisters, Peggy (John) Olrech, Karma (Gene) Witherspoon, Lita (Kenny) Wade and Theda (Doc) Johnson.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Thomas Carl Bailey, her son, E. Kent Bailey, Travis C. Terry, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be 11:00 Tuesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Machpelah Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8:00 Monday.
