Della Mae (Watkins) Esteppe

Della Mae Watkins Esteppe, widow of Arthur  Esteppe and Thomas Curtis, of Jeffersonville, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2017.  She was a 93 year old native of Montgomery County, daughter of the late George Washington and Yoma White Watkins, a homemaker and member of the Church of God.

She is survived by 11 children, Delores Watkins and Gracie (Venice) Maddox, both of Florida, Roy (Mary) Esteppe, Kenneth Esteppe, Nelson (Denise) Esteppe, Timothy Esteppe and Ronnie Curtis, all of Jeffersonville, Bessie Watkins and Georgia (Phillip) Hatton, both of Stanton, Sterling (Angie) Esteppe and Nellie (John) Lane, both of Clay City, and numerous grand and great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by 3 children, Homer Esteppe, Emma (Talmadge) Catron and Barbara Esteppe, and several brothers and sisters.

Her funeral will be 1:00 Friday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.  Visitation is 5-8:00 Thursday.
