Deon Fay Roe Barrett passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018. She was a 66 year old native of Morgan County, daughter of the late Tommy and Fay McCarty Roe, a retired teacher's aide, and a member of Little Ella United Baptist Church.

She is survived by a husband, Gerald Barrett, 2 sons, Tim (Kim) Stacy and Marcus Edward Barrett, a daughter, Monica Snowden, 3 grandchildren, Ashton (Jarrod) Brown, Harley and Anna Snowden, 2 great-grandchildren, Madison and Macie Brown, 3 sisters, Celia (Larry) Day, Sandra (Tim) Back, and Beverly Newsome, 2 brothers, Ronnie (Treva) Roe and Richard (Julia) Roe, nieces, nephews, and many friends and family.

Her funeral will be 1:00 Wednesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in McGuire Cemetery. Visitation is 5-9 Tuesday.
