Gracie (Sparks) Watkins

Gracie Sparks Watkins, wife of Wayne Watkins, of Jeffersonville, passed away Saturday, December 8, 2018.  She was a 64 year old native of Clark County, daughter of the late Virgil and Edna Marie Jones Sparks, a member of Harbor Light Worship Center Ministries and a devoted wife and mother.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by 6 children, Virgie Mink (Danny) of Mt. Vernon, Mary Crabtree (Donnie Smith), Amanda Conrad (Bennie) and Louise Cole (Chuck), all of Stanton, Fannie Mae Howard of Mt. Sterling and Greg Watkins of Middletown, Ohio, 2 brothers, Tommy Sparks (Tonya) of Irvine, and Raymond Sparks (Janet) of Manieville, OH, 3 sisters, Judy Caywood (Darrell) and Bonnie Perry (Arthur) both of Winchester and Chelsea Means (Gary) of Crittenden, 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Sparks.

Her funeral will be 11:00 Tuesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Pastor Jimmy Cole presiding, with burial in West Cemetery.  Visitation is 5-8:00 Monday.
