Larry Mullins Obituary

Larry Clyde Mullins, husband of Carolyn Spencer Mullins, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2018. He was a 74 year old native of Montgomery County, son of the late Oswell P. Mullins and Mary Myers Mullins Walker and stepson of Paul Walker, an Army veteran, owner and operator of Larry Mullins Auto Repair and member of Journey Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by 7 children, Sonya Bland of Breckenridge County, Melanie Saylor of Elizabethtown, Larry Mullins Jr. of Mt. Sterling, Shannon (Josh) Berlin of Mt. Sterling, Christy (Dusty) Conley of Greenup County, and Robert (Laura) Townsend of Indiana, and Brandon Townsend, 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, a sister, Faye Bickett of Breckenridge County and a brother, Paul Walker of Texas.

His funeral will be 11:00 Friday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Machpelah Cemetery where American Legion will have military rites. Visitation is 5-8:00 Thursday.
