Leslie Charles Conway

Leslie Charles Conway, 63, husband of Mary Evaleen Caudill Conway, of Jeffersonville, passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018 at home with his family.  He was born November 9, 1955 in  Montgomery County, son of the late Leslie and Stella Ballard Conway, a retired factory worker and member of the Christian faith.

In addition to his wife of 33 years, he is survived by a son, Leslie (Pam) Conway of Camargo, a daughter, Peggy (B.J.) Harris of Salt Lick, 3 grandchildren, 5 stepchildren, 15 step-grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Susan Parkhurst, a special niece, Louetta Cross, several other nieces and nephews, and 2 special friends, Bud and Martha May.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ed Becraft and a sister, Bernice Whitaker.

His funeral will be 2:00 Sunday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Brother Tommy Evans presiding, with burial in Conway Cemetery.  Visitation is 5-8:00 Saturday. Pallbearers are Dyron Cornwell, Dustin Cornwell, Archie Conway, Randy Conway, B.J. Harris and Chester Carty.  Honorary pallbearers are Gary Manley and Bud May.
