Marjorie Ellis Obituary

Marjorie Clarke Ellis, widow of Francis M. Ellis, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020. She was 94 years old, born to the union of the late Walter and Adna Mitchell Clarke, a former store clerk for Pebbles and member of Camargo Methodist Church.

She is survived by a son, Frank Ellis, 3 grandchildren, Melissa (James) Swango, Amanda (Chris) Blevins and Teresa Chesteen, and 7 great-grandchildren, Patrick Swango, Gabrielle Swango, Ethan Chesteen, Mia Chesteen, Payton Chesteen, Skylar Blevins, and Haley Guy.

Her funeral arrangements will be announced at a later time from Williams Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, VA. Local arrangements are entrusted to Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
