Nancy Lee Johnson Manley, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018 at UK Bluegrass Hospice Center in Lexington. She was born December 27, 1930 in Bath County, Kentucky to the late Avery Amos and Elizabeth Howard Johnson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Smith Manley of almost 69 years. They were married in Sharpsburg, KY December 14, 1946. He died June 17, 2015. She was also preceded in death by a son, Randal Keith Manley, a brother, Avery Junior "Dickie" Johnson, and 3 sisters, Maxie Jane Johnson McCarty, Virginia Nickles Johnson and Evelyn Earl Johnson. She was a member The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
She is survived by a son, Earl Wayne & Dora Mae Fryman Manley, a daughter, Diane LaDene & Russell Wilson Hatton, a daughter-in-law, Connie Marie Waugh Manley, 5 grandsons, Earl Wayne Jr. & Cindy Holbrook Manley, Brian Keith & Michelle Ginter Hatton, David Wilson & Holli Littleton Hatton, Kevin Grant Hatton (Lori Sloan) and Brent Hatton, 3 granddaughters, Krista Carol & Gary Kates, Tracy Dawn & Jeff Brown and Melissa Beth Manley (Tim Harris), 7 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren, a sister, Sarah Conway Johnson Hatton and numerous nieces and nephews as well as cousins.
Her graveside service will be 2:00 Wednesday at Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
