William Charles "Bill" Hall, husband of Mary Helen Sanford Hall, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2017. He was an 89 year old native of Davis, West Virginia, son of the late Emma Braun and John Andrew Hall Sr., a retired Air Force Major and retired from Bluegrass Army Depot, and a member of Living Water Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mary Ellen (Bob) Stanfield of Florida, a son, William L. (Geneva) Hall of Nicholasville, 2 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and sister, Dorothy Allen of Hiattsville, Maryland.
There will be a memorial service 1:00 Saturday at Living Water Church. Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.
