William Demitri Overstreet

William Dimitri Overstreet, 60, of Mt. Sterling, KY, passed away Friday, May 3, 2019 at his residence. He was born September 4, 1958 to the late William Harrison Overstreet and Jonell T. Overstreet of Mt. Sterling. Dimitri was a member of Smithville Church of Christ. In addition to his beloved mother, Dimitri is survived by a son, William (Brandi) Overstreet, a daughter, Cierra Overstreet, a step-daughter, Dyonne Hayden, 3 sisters, Wilnetta (Theoda Jr.) Franklin,Jo Lynn McCray, Kathleen Wilson, 3 aunts, Willa Stockton, Lillian Owens, Mable Hodge, 1 uncle, Robert (Connie) Thompson, 3 grandchildren, 1 stepdaughter, 3 stepgrandchldren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

His funeral will be 1:00 Tuesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Brother Dan Murphy presiding, with burial in Olive Hill Cemetery.  Visitation is 11-1:00 Tuesday.  Pallbearers are William, Ronnie and Dwight Overstreet, Bill Tipton, Keith Franklin and James Taul.  Honorary pallbearers are Theo and Theoda Franklin, Clarence and Matthew McCray, Ryan Owens, James Oliver, Darvin Jouett and Chopper Asberry.
