Alfred Moore Obituary

Alfred John Moore, widower of Jewell Turner Moore, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020. He was a 79 year old native of Montgomery County, son of the late Henry and Dixie Conway Moore, a retired employee from the State Highway Department, and member of the Christian faith.

He is survived by 6 sons, Glenn Moore, Lonnie Moore, Ronnie (Sheana) Moore, Charles Moore, Tim Moore and Darrell Moore, a daughter, Dianna Taylor Moore, 10 grandchildren, Lonnie James Moore, Christian Marie Moore, Dustin Moore, Brittany Moore, Ethan Moore, Jason Roger Moore, Laney Moore, Emily Moore, Lanna Moore, and Cali Moore, 2 great-grandchildren, Mason Luke Moore and Jasmine Moore, a brother, Winfred Moore and 2 sisters, Anita Welch and Roberta Wireman.

There will be a private graveside service in Moore Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
