Barbara Lynn James-Botts

Barbara Lynn James-Botts, wife of Timothy Botts, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Monday, October 19, 2020.  She was a 58 year old born in Ashland, Kentucky to the union of Clayton James and the late Helen Tabor James, a hair stylist and member of the Greater First Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by 2 daughters, Kassandra Botts and Terrica Botts, 6 grandchildren, Bryce Tyra, Joneshia Myles, Charkia Botts, Telenna Botts, Tyric Botts and Tavon Reeds, a brother, Will James, and several nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be 1:00 Thursday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Rev. Ricky Walker presiding, with burial in Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation is 11-1:00 Thursday  Pallbearers are Tyrone Henry, Charlie Rash, Steve Guy, Tyler Richardson, Mike Darnell, Chris Darnell, Will James, Nathan James and Chip Simmons.
