Bonnie Lou (Burton) Welch

Bonnie Lou Burton Welch, wife of Roger Welch, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023 at her residence in Georgetown, KY. She was a 71 year old born in Georgetown to the union of the late Delbert and Mary Hull Burton, a homemaker, loving wife and mother.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Welch; a daughter, Julie Drury (Glen); 5 grandchildren, Mark, Jesse, Luke, Sarah and Nicholas; 3 great grandchildren, Jack, Nico and Abby; and 2 brothers, Delbert Burton Jr. (Alieen) and Mark Allen Burton. In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her step-mother, Juanita Burton.

Her funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with Ethan Pennington presiding. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A private graveside service for immediate family will be conducted at a later date.
