CONNIE LEE (HELTON) ROTHWELL

Connie Lee Helton Rothwell, age 62, of Mt. Sterling, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 10, 2025, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY.   Connie was born April 26, 1962 to the union of the late Roger and Nora Helton. She was the widow of Stephen Lee Rothwell.  Connie retired from Nestle.  She was a member of the Christian Assembly of God.  Connie loved her family, her children and grandchildren more than anything.

Connie is survived by 1 daughter Wendy (Brian) Tabor of Jeffersonville,  1 son Andrew Alan Setters of Mt. Sterling, 1 sister Shelly (Michael) Terry of Mt. Sterling, 1 brother Roger Daren (Patricia) Helton of Mt. Sterling;  6 grandchildren Kaitlyn (Ryan) Webb, Emilee Tabor, Natalee Tabor, Baylee Setters, Lezlie (Bradley) Henderson, Mason Tabor;  1 great grandson Rhett Webb;  special friend Mike Copley;  several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband, Connie was preceded in death by her sister Lisa Helton.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, January 16, at 1:00 p.m. at the Christian Assembly of God, 1834 Owingsville Road.  Friends can visit from 11:00 am until time of service.  Officiating will be Scott Barnes.

Burial will follow at Machpelah Cemetery in Mt. Sterling, KY.
