CRYSTAL LYNN RICHMOND

Crystal Lynn Richmond, age 47, of Mt. Sterling, KY, passed away at home Friday, December 12, 2025. Crystal was born on January 10, 1978, to Jo Ann Willoughby Ballard in Lexington, KY and was raised by her stepfather, the late Chester Ballard.   Crystal was a former employee at the Bluegrass Army Depot in Lexington, KY.

Crystal is survived by her 2 daughters: Alexis Taylor (Joshua) Brenner of Salt Lick and Bailey Nicole Thoroughman (William Estes) of Carlisle; her grandson Oliver Estes; her mother Jo Ann Ballard. She is also survived by several Uncles, Aunts and Cousins.

**A Memorial Service will be on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals. Family and Friends can come visit from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
