Carolyne Sue Harding Skidmore, widow of Gary Russell Skidmore, passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023 at Wesley Manor Retirement Community in Louisville, KY. She was a 75 year old born in Montgomery County to the union of the late Charles B. and Joyce Mae Adams Harding, a former teacher's aid and member of the Church of God in Mt. Sterling, KY.

She is survived by her twin sister, Betty Lou King (Gary); and 2 daughters, Becky Gregson (Gareth) and Amanda Skidmore. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Her funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 11, 2023 at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Pastor Lowell Rice presiding with burial to follow in Longview Cemetery. Visitation will take place prior to the funeral service from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
