Charlotte Ann Garrison, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Friday, March 12, 2021.  She was a 70 year old born in Bourbon County, Kentucky to the union of the late Chester and Lucille Rainey Garrison, a former factory worker and member of the Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Victoria Garrison, 2 grandchildren, Taylor and Holly McAlpin, a great-grandchild, Hunter Larison, 2 brothers, Gary Garrison and Douglas Rainey and a sister, Melissa Feeback.

There will be a private memorial service at a later date.  Arrangements are entrusted to Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
