Christine Creech Willoughby, widow of Donald Ray Willoughby Sr., of Stanford, formerly of Montgomery County, passed away Friday, July 30, 2021. She was a 76 year old born in Montgomery County to the union of the late Hoie Creech and Geraldine Davis Creech Roberts, a retired waitress from Jerry's Restaurant and a homemaker and member of the Christian faith and the Kentucky Colonels.
She is survived by 2 sons, Don (Pam) Willoughby, and Richard Lee (Sheri) Willoughby, a daughter, Angela (Eric) Hortenbery, 12 grandchildren, Amber Reeves (Mark Sparks), Matthew Willoughby, Justin (Samantha) Wells, Cierra Willoughby (Curtis Slack), Kyle Weaver, Christopher Weaver, Beth Ann Weaver, Bella Weaver, Anna Belle Hortenbery, Amanda Willoughby, Colton Willoughby and Kristina Willoughby, 5 great-grandchildren, Alysa and Ayson Schooler, Kegan and Dylan Willoughby and Tucker Wells and Finley Slack, a brother, Arnold (Essie) Creech, and 3 sisters, Wanda Lee Templin, Kathlene Trusdell and Darlene (Joe) Rose. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Rose and a brother, Ernest Creech.
Her funeral will be 2:00 Friday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Pastor Kevin Hamilton presiding, with burial in Machpelah Cemetery. Visitation is 12-2:00 Friday.
