Obituary
Connie Lynn Carpenter Watson passed away Monday, June 26, 2023 at her residence in Mt. Sterling, KY. She was a 66 year old born in Montgomery County to the union of the late Rollie and Vernell Walters Carpenter, a former loan officer and member of the Christian Faith.
She is survived by 3 granddaughters, Makayla Stigall (Josh Corey), Madison Stigall and Kileigh Thacker; her boyfriend, Richard "Dickie" Easterling; a nephew, Rollie Monroe Carpenter (Kim Smith); 2 great nieces and a great nephew. In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by a daughter, Rena Thacker; a son, Keith Watson; and a brother, John Carpenter.
Her funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, with burial to follow in Carpenter Cemetery. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Arrangements are placed in the care of Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
