DONALD "Donnie" RAY NORRIS

Donald "Donnie" Ray Norris, age 80, of Mt. Sterling, KY, passed away Saturday, September 5th, 2026, at St. Joseph Main Hospital, Lexington, KY. Donnie was born in Bath County, KY, June 11, 1946, to the late Robert and Dollie Norris. Donnie proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a businessman and owner of Main Street Pawn Shop.

Donnie is survived by his daughter-Robin Norris of Lexington, KY; 3 grandchildren: McKenzie (lan), Hunter J (Victoria) and Evan; 1 stepdaughter-Cassie (John); 1 stepson-Brian and 8 step-grandchildren: Macy, Ava, Gracyn, Harper, Hadley, Hudson, Hagan and Harrison. And his beloved pets Maggie and Molly.

Besides his parents, Donnie was preceded in death by his wife Debbie Shultz Norris; 3 sisters: Nancy Ward, Charlene Santfant, and Dorothy Ralls.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 10th, 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Herald & Stewart Funeral Home in Mt. Sterling, KY, followed by prayer and Military Honors presented by Mt. Sterling American Legion Post 22.

Burial to follow at Machpelah Cemetery, Mt. Sterling, KY, for immediate family.
