Elsie Rogers, age 81, of Mt. Sterling, KY, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 29, 2026. Elsie was born in Bath County, KY on February 24, 1945, to the late Clifford and Millie Traylor Gray.
Elsie is survived by her children: Sydney Wiley, Millie Barker, Melinda Wiley, Billy Rogers, Jr., and Thomas Rogers; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; her sister Dorothy Miles; her brother Bobby Gray and numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Elsie was preceded in death by her husband Billy Rogers; her sister Alice Gray and brothers Clayton and Milburn Gray.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 2nd at Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
Burial to follow at Machpelah Cemetery, Mt. Sterling.
