Elenora Campbell Grooms, wife of Robert Grooms Jr., of Jeffersonville, passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at her residence. She was a 75 year old born in Kenosha, Wisconsin to the union of the late John T. and Stanley Reed Campbell, a homemaker and member of Jeffersonville Assembly of God. 

In addition to her husband of 58 years, Robert, Elenora is survived by 3 children; Jeff Grooms (Nancy), Treasa Koontz (John) and Lisa McIntosh (Greg), 9 grandchildren; Candic Grooms, Jonathon Koontz, Max Grooms, Jared Laurick (Brooke), Brandon Rice, Hannah Rice, Aaron McIntosh, Alex McIntosh and Haley Grooms, a daughter-in-law Vickie Grooms, 3 brothers; James Denver Campbell, William David Campbell and Ricky Dean Campbell, and 4 sisters; Carrie Alice Liggett, Stanley Marie Reed, Joyce Ann Campbell and Freida Kay Montgomery. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son; Anthony Keith Grooms, 3 brothers; John T. Campbell Jr., Leonard Wayne Campbell and Paul Kenneth Campbell, and 2 sisters; Maudie Frances Campbell and Sonia Faye Campbell. 

Her funeral will be 1:00 Friday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Pastor Robbie Conn presiding, with burial to follow in Machpelah Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday. 

Pallbearers are John Koontz, Greg McIntosh, Brandon Rice, Jonathon Koontz, Max Grooms and Colton Miller.
