Ethel (Elam) Vance

Ethel Vance, widow of Grover Vance, passed away Monday, November 21, 2022 at Windsor Care Center in Mt. Sterling, KY. She was a 97 year old born in Wolfe County to the late Ward Tolson and Lona Elam, a retired employee of Cowden Manufacturing and was a joy to all who were ever blessed to be around her. She loved telling stories of her childhood days and loved her family.

She is survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. In addition to her husband and parents, Ethel was preceded in death by her brother, Junior.

A private graveside service for family will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are placed in the care of Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
