Eugene Mobley

Eugene Mobley, age 86, of Mt. Sterling, KY, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025.  He was born on July 05, 1938, to the late Stella Mae Mobley. He was a retired employee of Arrasmith black topping. He was also a member of the Grace Fellowship Tabernacle.

Eugene is survived by three daughters, Carla (William) Snowden, Tammy Fawns, and Linda Arnett, and a son, Kenny (Charlotte) Mobley, all of Mt. Sterling, KY. He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.

Besides his mother, Eugene is preceded in death by his wife Beatrice Meadows Mobley, two sons, Jackie Mobley and Ray Mobley, and a son-in-law, Dale Fawns.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 20, at 11:00 a.m. at the Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals Chapel. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 19, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  Officiating will be Greg Ferrell. The burial will follow at the Machpelah Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Jackie Jr. Mobley, Matthew Adams, Travis Mobley, Joshua Mobley, Steven Mobley, Brandon Frazier, and Michael Fawns.
