Geneva (Vaughn) Shoupe

Geneva Vaughn Shoupe, widow of Clayton Shoupe, of Winchester, passed  Friday,  May 22, 2020.  She was an 85 year old native of Jackson County, Kentucky daughter of the late Earl and Bertha Baldwin Vaughn, a homemaker and member of Ark of Mercy Church of God.

She is survived by 2 sons, Kyle (Earline) Shoupe and Glenn Vaughn, 4 daughters, Vickie Shoupe, Devonia Shoupe, Kim Combs and Elizabeth Walker, 8 grandchildren, Derick and Jason Marcum, Rebecca and John Combs, Nathan Shoupe, Tasha Lawson, Joe Curtis and Christina Curtis, 2 sisters, Loretta Thomas, and Christine Alfano, and 2 brothers, Lillia and Frank Vaughn.  She was preceded in death by a son, Rodney Shoupe, 2 sisters, Datha Hobbs and Lucille Minton, and 2 brothers, Lee and Hubert Vaughn.

Her funeral will be 1:00 Wednesday at Ark of Mercy Church with burial in Salem Cemetery.  Visitation will be 6-9:00 Tuesday and 11-1:00 Wednesday at the church.  Arrangements are entrusted to Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
