Grace Earlene (Martin) Martin

Grace Earlene Martin, of Montgomery Co, age 80, the widow of Harold Martin, passed away September 17, 2024. Grace was born June 14, 1944 to the union of the late Arthur and Hattie Martin.  Grace enjoyed spending time with and taking care of her family.  She was a member of the Jeffersonville Baptist church.

Grace is survived by 2 daughters: Sherry (Daniel) Curtis of Mt Sterling,   Janice Martin of Jeffersonville;    5 grandchildren:  Harold (Amber) Martin,  Shannon (Matt) Cohorn,  Kimberly Martin, Matthew Martin and Eddie Walters;   11 great grandchildren  and  5 great-great grandchildren.

4 sisters: Brenda (Raymond) Becraft of Jeffersonville,  Mary Carpenter of Mt Sterling;  Thelma Martin of Jeffersonville and Maggie Stewart of Bourbon County

1 brother: Ben (Glenda) Martin of Frenchburg,  and Several Nieces and Nephews.

Besides her parents, Grace was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Harold Martin,
1 daughter Patricia Bowman; 1 sister Elda Pittman;  3 brothers Elmer Martin,  Kenny Martin and Arnold Martin

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am, Friday, September 20th at the Herald & Stewart Chapel.

Friends and family are welcome to visit from 10:00 am until time of the funeral.
