HENRIETTA (TAYLOR) HALCOMB

Henrietta Taylor Halcomb, age 77, of Mt. Sterling, KY passed away peacefully Friday, October 10, 2025, at Menifee Meadows in Frenchburg, KY.  Henrietta was born August 21, 1948, in Jackson, KY, to the late Henry and Eddylea Esteppe Taylor.  Henrietta dedicated her life to caring for her family and spoiling her grandchildren. 

Henrietta is survived by her daughter Heather (Steve) Osborne of Jeffersonville; her son Brian (Evey) Halcomb of Mt. Sterling; 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; 3 sisters: Jeanette Smathers of Sharpsburg, Elizabeth Ensor of Mt. Sterling, Velma Martin of Jeffersonville.

 Besides her parents, Henrietta was preceded in death by her sister Deloris Johnson; 2 brothers: Richard Taylor and Samuel Taylor.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Victory Chapel Church, 5927 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Sharpsburg, KY.
