Obituary

Harriet Evelyn Jackson Adams, widow of Robert M. Adams, passed away Monday, January 9, 2023 at Edgewood Estates in Menifee County, KY. She was an 87 year old born in Medaryville, Indiana to the union of the late Earl and Mabel Bailey Jackson, a former teller, bookkeeper and member of Reid Village Baptist Church.

She is survived by 2 sons; Dwain Earl Adams and Brian Scott Adams (Doreen), 2 grandsons; Jon Adams and Ben Adams (Courtney) along with 3 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Harriett was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Adams and 2 sons; Robert Dale Adams and David Ray Adams.

Her funeral will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Pastor Todd Wiley presiding with burial to follow in Machpelah Cemetery. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are: Todd NeSmith, Chris Holbrook, Mike Cole, Olvin Houston and Steve Bellet.

Arrangements are placed in the care of Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
