JAN MARIE (KUBICEK) RILEY

Jan Marie Kubicek Riley, age 70, passed away on May 6, 2025, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY.  She was born September 11, 1954 in Ashland, KY.  She was the daughter of the late George and Lilyann Kubicek. Jan retired from St. Joseph of Lexington, KY.  She loved to read and spend time with her family.

Jan is survived by her two sons Ed (Kim) Riley of Jeffersonville, KY and Mark Riley of Portland, Oregan; two grand children Seth (Maggie) Baker and Alanah Riley;  two brothers Andy (Pam) Kubicek of Leland, N.C. and Tim (Sylvia) Kubicek of Clay City, KY;  one sister Toni Congleton of Versailles, KY.

Besides her parents, Jan was preceded in death by a beloved brother-in-law Robert Congleton of Versailles, KY.

A graveside service will be Friday, May 9, at 11:00 a.m. at the Machpelah Cemetery.  Officiating will be Jimmy Adams.
