JANET KORNEFF Obituary

Janet Lynn Korneff, 70, of Mt. Sterling, KY, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, July 11, 2026. She was born on July 6, 1956, in Philadelphia, PA, to William C. and June Wolfe Whitman. Janet worked as a computer data processor and was of the Baptist faith.

Janet is survived by her loving husband, John Korneff of Mt. Sterling; and her two sons, Brian Korneff of Mt. Sterling and Daniel (Angela) Korneff of Farmingdale, NY.

Janet was preceded in death by her father, William C. Whitman.

Funeral arrangements have not yet been scheduled.
