JOHNNY LEE ALLEN MAYNARD

Johnny Lee Allen Maynard, of Mt. Sterling, KY, age 22, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2025. Johnny was born July 3, 2003 in Pikeville to Rocky Maynard and Kristie Wolford Maynard.  He worked for Toyota in Georgetown. Johnny loved all things outdoors but especially hunting and fishing.

Johnny is survived by his father Rocky Maynard (Stevy Kirkland) of Mt. Sterling; his mother Kristie Wolford Maynard of Mt. Sterling;  2 brothers David Connor Maynard and Easton Rocky Maynard;  1 sister Kyra Ann Maynard;  paternal grandmother Shirley Ann Maynard of Mt. Sterling;  Maternal grandfather David Lee (Kimberly) Wolford of Freeburn, KY;  his girl friend Raeanna Jo Bailey; and a host of family and friends.

Johnny was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Johnny Maynard and his maternal grandmother Teresa Wolford.

Funeral services will be Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the Jeffersonville Assembly of God-7220 Main Street, Jeffersonville, KY 40337.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 16, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Officiating will be Mitch Bowling and Chris Casey.

Burial will follow at Machpelah Cemetery in Mt. Sterling.

Pallbearers: Bryson Toy, Dexter Roberts, Cameron Scruggs, Ean King, Eli Hundley, Aaron Toy, Jacob Toy, Danny Dotson, Brady Kier.
