Jeffery Willoughby Obituary

Jeffery David Willoughby, of Mt. Sterling, KY, passed away Tuesday. He was a 61-year-old born in Montgomery County, Kentucky to the union of the late Earl Caywood and Laura Haney Willoughby, and attended Jeffersonville Baptist Church.

He is survived by a son, Bill Willoughby, a daughter, Jennifer Willoughby, 5 grandchildren, Hailey Willoughby, Lauralye Willoughby, William Willoughby Jr., Billyjean Carson and Emily Willoughby, and a sister, Judy Willoughby.

There will be a memorial service for him 2:00 Friday, May 13, 2022 at the family's residence at 112 Warren Ave., Russell's Point, OH, 43348. Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals has been entrusted with arrangements.
