Jerry Lane Rose, of Owingsville, Kentucky, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023. He was a 64-year-old born in Clark County, Kentucky to the union of the late James Rose and Helen Hamilton , an Army veteran and a night watchman for Indian Creek Horse Farm.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Chrissy Noel Nicholls (Dennis) and Tasha Nicole Green, 8 grandchildren, James Lee Hunter, Arthur Lee Rose, Caden Jace Nicholls, Avery Layne Nicholls, Robert Green Jr., Malachia Green, Shalachia Green and Ada Green, a sister, Linda Rose, a brother, Randy Hamilton, and 3 sisters-in-law, Wanda Little (Daniel), Ginger Catron (Eddie) and Sharon Harrison (Chuck). In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Connie Rose, and a grandchild, Caidynce Elizabeth Hunter.
There will be a celebration of life this summer. Herald and Stewart Home for Funerals has been entrusted with arrangements. Contributions are suggested to Abundance of Rain, or Christian Social Services.
