Joanie Ann (Ballard) Stafford

Joanie Ann Ballard Stafford, of Means, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021.  She is a 53 year old born in Montgomery County, Kentucky to the union of the late Johnny and Mae McGuire Ballard, a former employee at Bath Manufacturing and Donnelly and member of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by a stepdaughter, Sara Stafford Phelps, 2 brothers, Albert Ballard and Marcus Gerald Barrett, a sister, Linda  Ferguson, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Stacy Ballard and a son, Robert Ferguson.

Her funeral will be 2:00 Wednesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Ferguson Cemetery.  Visitation is 11-2:00 Wednesday.  Contributions are suggested to Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals in lieu in flowers. Pallbearers are Ken Ferguson, James Ferguson, Harley Snowden, Tim Stacy, Kelly Daugherty and Brandon Bellamy.  Honorary pallbearers are Jeremy Moore, Chad Sons and Joey Craver.
