Judith Page Willoughby Culbertson, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was a 53 year old native of Montgomery County, born to the union of Yvonnia Willoughby and the late Carl David Bartley. She attended and was a member of the Jeffersonville Assembly of God.
In addition to her mother; Yvonnia Willoughby, Judith is survived by 2 sons; Cruz Culbertson (Kailan) and Zac Culbertson (Anna), 2 grandchildren, Wyatt and Ryleigh Culbertson, a sister; Missi Hall, 2 step-children; Brittany and Morgan Culbertson, a niece; Madison Hall, and a nephew; Maddox Hall. She is preceded in death by her grandparents; Mattie and Ray Bartley, Ray Willoughby, and Sylvia Lutes, along with a step-grandfather; Hisle Lutes.
Judith's funeral will be 1:00 Monday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Pastor Robbie Conn presiding with burial to follow in Willoughby Family Cemetery. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to assist with funeral expenses.
