Kari Jo Letcher McIntosh, age 41, of Flemingsburg, KY, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at the UK St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY. Kari was born on October 22, 1984, in Lexington, KY to Eugene and Kaye Chandler Letcher. She worked as a waitress, but her children were her greatest joy in life. She and her sister also enjoyed their “sister trips”. She was a member of the Catalyst Church in Winchester.
Kari is survived by her son Mayson Letcher, 2 daughters: Malayna Creech and Erica Creech-all of Flemingsburg; her father Eugene Letcher and stepmother Wanda Letcher of Montgomery County; 1 sister-Gena Reynolds of Flemingsburg; 2 stepbrothers: Gary Jamison of Fleming County and Dwayne Jamison of Powell County; 2 nephews: Cameron Reynolds and Caleb Reynolds and her niece Chloe Reynolds.
Kari was preceded in death by her mother-Kaye Chandler Copher; and her daughter-McKenna Jo Letcher.
Funeral services will be Friday, Sept 4th at 11:00 a.m. at Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals. Visitation will be Thursday, Sept. 3rd from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Officiating will be Steve Caudill.
Burial to follow at Winchester Cemetery, 625 W. Lexington Avenue, Winchester, KY.
Pallbearers: Gary Jamison, Dwayne Jamison, Cameron Reynolds, Caleb Reynolds, Paul O'Bannon, Riley McKinley.
Honorary Pallbearers: Chloe Reynolds, Yasmeen Hegazy, Kayla Estes, Lori Works, Jaclyn Works, Alyse Santini, Chanlyr Hall.
