LORI MANNING Obituary

Lori Ann Manning, age 61, of Mt. Sterling, KY, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 13, 2026, in the St. Joseph Mt. Sterling Hospital. Lori was born in Mt. Sterling on June 30, 1965, to the late Howard and Barbara Becraft Manning. She served others through her work in the medical field as a nurse and was devoted to caring for her patients. She found great joy in her nieces, nephew, and great-nieces and great-nephews, and she was blessed with very special friends. Lori was a member of First Baptist Church.

Lori is survived by her sister Donna McDermott of Lexington, KY; nephew Tim (Tiffany) McDermott of Louisville; 2 nieces Lydia McDermott of Louisville and Caroline (Colin) Wilkerson of Lexington; 4 great nieces and nephews; and her special friends: Mark Graham, Terry Harmon and Donna Hardwick Hoertz.

The Grave Side service will be at Machpelah Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 21, 2026. Officiated by R.T. Sutton.
