Marvin Russell Tabor

Marvin Russell Tabor, husband of Vera Jefferson Tabor, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022 at his residence in Mt. Sterling, KY. He was a 67 year old born in Montgomery County to the union of the late Woodford and Ressie Alsept Tabor, a former construction worker and member of Little Easter United Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Vera Tabor, a son, Adam Tabor (Tessa), 2 brothers; Johnny Tabor and Bobby Tabor, and 3 sisters; Anna Montgomery, Phyllis Craig and Dessie Tabor. In addition to his parents, Marvin was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Paul Tabor and Willie Tabor along with 2 sisters; Della Davis and Faye Culbertson.

His funeral will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 12, 2022 at Little Easter United Baptist Church with burial to follow in Lovely-Amburgey Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals.
